  • 1 1/2 cup brown rice cereal
  • 1 1/4 cups oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp fresh ground vanilla
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 scoops brown rice protein
  • 1/4 cup maple sugar

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl until well sorted and sticky and clump into lumps or bars.
