- 1 1/2 cup brown rice cereal
- 1 1/4 cups oats
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp fresh ground vanilla
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 3 scoops brown rice protein
- 1/4 cup maple sugar
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl until well sorted and sticky and clump into lumps or bars.
